SXEmacs 22.1.14 (Geo) is Released!

	* INSTALL: Couple minor arch -> git updates.

	* PROBLEMS: Update version it applies to

	* etc/NEWS: Release day update

	* autogen.sh (sxemacs_codename): Geo
	  (TREE_VERSION): Bump

	* info/sxemacs/sxemacs.texi (Top): Bump version the manual
	corresponds to.

	* info/sppm.texi: Update version and date macros
