   3 Mule bogusly considers the various ISO-8859 extended character sets as
   4 disjoint, when ISO 8859 itself clearly considers them to be subsets of
   5 a larger character set.  This package provides functions to determine
   6 the list of coding systems which can encode all of the characters in
   7 the buffer, and translate to a common coding system.  It also provides
   8 Latin-7 and Latin-9 charsets, coding systems, and input methods (including
   9 some common X11 keysyms for the EuroSign).
