	* gnus-start.el (gnus-clear-system): Added
	gnus-agent-covered-methods to compensate for removing it from
	gnus-variable-list.
	(gnus-setup-news): Complete conversion of old
	gnus-agent-covered-methods to new format so that secondary and
	foreign servers can be correctly opened.
