Don't put the dumpfile in bin dir from Rudi

* merges:
  bldchn fix, don't install buildir's dumpfile
  bldchn, install dumpfile into archlibdir
  try to read dumpfile also from libarchdir
  why the hell we don't have always EXEC_PATH available
  bldchn cleanup, remove/re-use some unused dumpfile related AM variables
