Support multiple values in the icqnick bbdb field.

This makes it possible to have a bbdb record that has multiple ICQ nicks
for those folks who like to sport multiple ICQ a/c's.

* emchat-buddy.el (emchat-buddy-show-xface): Support multiple
icqnicks.
