Add NOV. It should be forward- and backward-compatible with nnfolder 1.0.
Many functions are changed.

* nnfolder.el: Add NOV. Set version to 2.0.
(nnfolder-nov-is-evil): If non-nil, nnfolder acts like 1.0.
